by Jay Boeding on September 23, 2020

Bright Eyes tops the album chart this week with “Down In The Weeds, Where The World Once Was”. Bully doesn’t slide far, only dropping one place to #2. Cults has the highest chart debut, bringing “Trial” to #3 with Girl Friday and another chart debut from Doves rounding out the Top 5. Delta Spirit, Cut Copy and Flaming Lips all debut on the Album Chart this week too.

Ryan and Pony are two members of The Melismatics, which we’ve featured on DMPulse before, while Will Butler is one of the Butler brothers in Arcade Fire. Into It Over It returns to the playlist, and Deradoorian returns too, but they used to be known at Dirty Projectors.

Cults jumps four spots to take #1, with Dizzy jumping five notches, but falling short to be runner-up. The Beths move up five with Sylvan Esso debuting in the Top 10.
