Music Report – July 8, 2020

by Jay Boeding on July 9, 2020

Christian Lee Hutson leaps over 2nd Grade and Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever to lead this week’s album chart. Phoebe Bridgers moves up six to #4, with Hazel English rounding out the Top 5.

A light week for new album this week, as NACC isn’t charting for the holiday week. Water Liars surprised us with the release of their record Roll On recorded in 2015 but never released.

Diet Cig moves one spot to take the #1 song on our Songs Chart this week, after “Night Terrors” had an impressive debut on the chart at #2. Becca Mancari also jumps one place, with Man Man and chart debut “Kyoto” from Phoebe Bridgers in at #4.
