It was a week of big moves on the Album and Song Charts! Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever new record “Sideways to New Italy” launched up from #9 into #1 on the Album Chart. MAITA showed strength with a nice move up to #2, with 2nd Grade jumping five spots with their terrific record Hit To Hit. Christian Lee Hutson has the highest Album Chart debut, with the album “Beginners” at #4. Last week’s top record Diet Cig moves to #5. Woods also debuts on the chart this week.

All the artists on the New Albums Added to the Playlist chart are making their playlist debut on DMPulse. Mondo Cozmo lead the list. GUM is singer, songwriter and instrumentalist Jay Watson from Tame Impala.

A significant shuffling of the deck on the singles chart this week. Trace Mountains jumps up five spots to take #1. Tops almost reaches the top, but falls one rung short. Fiona Apple moves up four places into #3, and JR JR and Tame Impala debut in the Top 5.
