Andrew Bird moves up one spot to take the #1 spot on our Album Chart. Better Oblivion Community Center trades places with it and slips to #2. Claypool Lennon Delirium moves up into third place, with Julia Jacklin and Telekinesis completing the top five albums of the week. Debuts in the top ten this week from Meat Puppets and Ex Hex.

Jenny Lewis leads the new albums making their first appearance on DMPulse this week. Other albums of note are from Ages and Ages, Bad Suns and several artists making their first appearances on our playlist. Lots of new music this week so check them out!

Making the biggest move of the week, Better Oblivion Community Center jumps from #8 to #1 on the Top 10 Songs of the Week chart. Jeff Tweedy launches up the charts too, but is held off from the top spot. Wintersleep cracks the top 5 with “Beneficiary” while The Black Keys and The National all debut on the charts in the top 5. Six through 10 also all crack the top songs chart for the first time.
