Player Window issue with Firefox

by Jay Boeding on October 24, 2017

Recently, listeners have noticed a change in using the DMPulse “flash” player with Firefox.

The stop/play (next to the volume control) just keeps refreshing with the spinning arrows. This appears to be happening due to a security update from Firefox, and thankfully has an easy fix which should allow you to use the main flash player.

Look at the URL bar where you type in website addresses. Go to and you may see a grey “lego piece” with a blue dot on it. It’s a little picture of a block. Hover over it and it says “manage plug-in use”. Click on it and it opens a window saying “Would you like to allow to run Adobe Flash? Click ‘Allow and Remember’ and you should be good to go!
